- The double Girder Bridge Crane European-style electric single-girder crane adopts a unique lightweight design concept, featuring small size, light weight, and low wheel pressure. Compared with traditional cranes, the maximum distance from the hook to the wall is the shortest, the clear height is the lowest, allowing for closer proximity to the front operation area, the lifting height is higher, and it actually increases the effective working space of the existing factory building.
- The double Girder Bridge Crane adopts a three-girder split structure, with the main girder and the end girder connected by high-strength bolts, featuring a lightweight construction, strong fatigue resistance, high assembly accuracy, and convenient transportation and installation.
- The end girder adopts an integrated end girder structure, which is aesthetically pleasing. It is processed in one go using a large bench drilling machine, ensuring that the two skew values of the wheels are within the tolerance range, enabling the crane to run smoothly. This not only extends the service life of the crane itself but also prolongs the service life of the factory building.
- The traveling mechanism of the crane adopts a "three-in-one" drive mode of electric motor, reducer, and brake, with bilateral drive for both end girders; this drive form has high transmission accuracy, light weight, good sealing performance, low noise, long service life, and is maintenance-free.
1. How often do users need to carry out crane inspections?
Workers must do simple check-ups before starting work every single day. For full detailed inspections, the schedule follows local safety rules and your daily usage frequency, normally once a month, once per quarter or once every year.
2. What regular maintenance work does the crane require?
Daily and periodic maintenance mainly includes adding lubricant to all moving parts, checking steel wire ropes for wear, testing the whole electrical circuit, verifying all safety devices function well, and observing abrasion levels of mechanical components.
3. What international standards do our overhead cranes follow?
Our design and production follow mainstream global industry standards, including FEM, CMAA, ISO, CE and China's GB standard. We also adjust designs to meet extra regional rules for export orders.
4. Can we install this crane into an already finished workshop?
It's totally feasible as long as your factory roof and support columns can bear the crane's total weight and fit the runway rail installation requirements. Our technical team will evaluate your workshop structure first before design.
