1. The Rail Mounted Container Gantry Crane is composed of two main beams, rigid door legs, flexible supports, hoisting trolley, lifting winch, special container lifting gear, trolley running frame, electrical system, and driver's cab. The clearance inside the door legs of the container portal crane is very large. The manufacturing process involves the upper part of the door legs being open in a U-shape and connected, and a small car maintenance frame is erected.
2. According to the usage site, Rail Mounted Container Gantry Crane can be used without a cantilever, or with a single cantilever or double cantilevers; the hoisting trolley can rotate above the upper trolley and the lower container lifting gear. It is mainly used for container unloading, handling and stacking in railway transfer yards, ports and large container storage and transportation sites. It can handle 20-foot, 40-foot and 45-foot international standard containers.
