The flow chart of the Flexible Ceramic Tile Production Line: Mobile roller conveyor → First section (5 meters) automatic spraying fabric → 14 meters low-temperature heating → Second section (6 meters) automatic spraying fabric → Cover net → 20 meters high-temperature heating → 18 meters medium-temperature heating → 2 meters air cooling and cooling zone → 3 meters mobile roller conveyor conveyor for demolding
Equipment manufacturing details and technical description of the Flexible Ceramic Tile Production Line:
1. Power part: Use 1.5kw double-stage gear reduction motor,
2. Equipment main body part:
(1) Conveyor chain plate width 1493mm, made by bending T1.5 galvanized sheet (excluding silicone mold)
(2) Frame made by welding 80*80*2.5 square tubes and 40*80*2.5 square tubes, working height 850mm
(3) Upper guide rail made by 40*60*2.5 thick square tubes, lower guide rail made by 50*50 angle iron
(4) The entire line body uses special foot cups to adjust height.
(5) Design span life: 20 year
