Calcium Silicate Board Production Line mainly use flow method to produce the fiber cement boards/calcium silicate board.

This method has a higher slurry concentration than the extraction method. The equipment is relatively simple and easy to operate and is suitable for producing high-quality boards. It can form high-density boards and exterior wall panels.

1. Adopt automatic thickness adjustment system to ensure smooth board surface and uniform thickness;

2. Use a new type of vacuum box with a smooth inner cavity and no dead corners to solve the problem of aggregates;

3. The parallelism of the roller is corrected before leaving the factory, the felt is automatically tensioned, and the deviation is automatically adjusted. Change felt faster

4. Professional waterproof bearings, and the entire machine is connected

with stainless steel screws;

5. The forming barrel uses steel wire and blade alternately, and the thin

plate is cut by steel wire.The failure rate is low, and only thick plates are

cut with blades;

6. The plate surface is smooth and the pressure ratio is controlled to

ensure that the thick plate does not fall off.
