Explanation:

1. The organic solid waste raw materials, auxiliary materials, and fermentation agents enter the pre-treatment area, respectively, and are added to the frequency-controlled intelligent control batching silo according to the moisture and carbon-nitrogen ratio required by the aerobic fermentation process. They are automatically proportioned and discharged, and sent to the rapid harmless treatment system through the conveying device. In the system, the materials are rapidly heated, activated by the bacteria, deodorized, and fermented. The treated materials then enter the fermentation area. The pre-treatment is completed.

2. The materials enter the fermentation area, and are transported by the automatic feeding machine to the starting end of the turning and spreading system. The turning and spreading system operates automatically in a circular manner, turning backward to achieve automatic material shifting. The fermentation tank is equipped with multiple automatic temperature sensors to collect data and automatically control the supply of air and oxygen for different working sections to create an environment suitable for the growth and proliferation of aerobic microorganisms, accelerating the fermentation process, achieving rapid decomposition, fermentation completion, pest control, and odor elimination, and precipitation for deodorization. The materials are completed after about 15-20 days and collected by the automatic discharge system to the automatic packaging area for storage.

3. After fermentation, it becomes organic fertilizer. According to the needs, powder and granular fertilizers can be made and processed.

4. The treatment and production area is designed with an exhaust gas collection system for odor removal and dust suppression, achieving environmental protection emissions.

5. Multiple points of monitoring, data collection, and centralized intelligent control.

This process plan consists of three production areas and eleven systems. It is designed and equipped according to the processing capacity requirements.
