How about the toughness of our GMT brick pallet? Is it easy to be broken?
◆ It is not easy to get broken. To have a try, you can use a big hammer to pound the pallet with big strength. It will differentiate ours with PVC brick pallets if you have also tried the PVC pallet on the same condition, and finally you will find ours is still good when PVC get broken.
Is it easy to be crushed when in the process of vibrating or be broken in moving?
◆ No. Our experiment shows that, vibration has no effect on our pallet, and you can rest assured that it will not be crushed. Moreover, there is no broken phenomenon appearing when the pallet is locked on its moving along the iron chain. These all can be attributed to GMT strong physical characteristics.

A: Honestly, our GMT pallets outperform most conventional pallets in almost every key aspect. 3. Q: Can the GMT pallet adapt to harsh factory and outdoor working environments?
A: Absolutely. This pallet works stably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 90℃, so it's totally fine for high-temperature steam curing and outdoor sun exposure. Besides, it resists most acid, alkali and salt erosion, and has a water absorption rate lower than 0.5%. It never gets moldy, rusty or deformed in humid and harsh working scenarios.
4. Q: Will the pallet break or deform during vibration and transportation in brick production?
A: You don't need to worry about this at all. Our GMT pallets feature a flexural strength over 30MPa and a max load capacity of 2.0KN. Professional tests prove long-term machine vibration causes no damage to the pallet, and it won't crack or deform during chain transportation and heavy stacking.
