Our Warehouse Gantry Crane can be matched with CD, MD, HC series hoists for your lifting work.
This medium lifting machine runs on wheels. Its main parts include the gantry with main beam, support legs and bottom crossbeam, as well as lifting assembly, travelling drive and full electrical control parts.
The hoist acts as the lifting core of the Industrial Gantry Crane, moving along the lower flange of the main I-beam while in use. It covers lifting capacity from 3 to 32 tons and span 12 to 30 meters, and can work normally at temperatures between -20°C and +40°C.
This is a universal lifting machine with wide practical uses. Many clients take it for goods loading, unloading and material grabbing inside warehouses. It also works great for outdoor storage yards, factory stock turnover, construction site material stacking and logistics cargo handling. We offer two operation choices for the Warehouse Gantry Crane: ground control and cabin driving. You can pick whichever one fits your actual working site and daily operation demands.

Lifting height can be adjusted to match your project's real needs and crane setup. Standard designs support lifting heights from 6 meters up to 30 meters, and we can redesign the hoist part for extra height requirements.
2. Who should choose a single girder gantry crane?
This model only has one main cross beam held up by two support legs. It's perfect for light and medium weight lifting tasks. The cost is much more affordable, making it a budget-friendly pick for daily regular material transport.
3. Can we adjust the crane's specifications for special working conditions?
We offer full custom service. You can adjust lifting tonnage, span width, lifting height, working duty grade, control mode, and we also redesign machines for dusty, high-temperature or other special working environments per your project needs.
4. What regular maintenance work does the crane need?
Daily and periodic maintenance covers several key points: add lubricating grease to all moving parts, check steel wire ropes and lifting hooks for wear, test the whole electrical circuit, verify all safety devices work normally, and check frame structures for deformation or damage.
